Colin is a Blue Moon CO, that seems very cowardly in cutscenes. This is explained in the game as Colin does not think of himself as very capable, but there is irony in that statement since Colin is one of the best COs in the series. Colin gets a price discount on all units in exchange for less damage. Colin's CO Power gives him more funds while his Super CO Power gives all his units more power as long as Colin has a lot of money at the time of usage.
